Seized suspension and wheel-end components can be among the most time-consuming jobs in a heavy-vehicle workshop. This hydraulic cylinder presses up to 8.8 tonnes, giving technicians easy, safe, and smooth removal of seized components instead of improvised methods.

Flexibility is central to the design. The press tool can be rotated to suit different working heights, and two distance rings provide further height adjustment. The anvil has two openings, 42 mm and 57 mm, and the tools can be repositioned along the cylinder for access in tight spaces, such as around sway bars or hidden steering joints on buses. A truck multifunction cylinder tool™ with this range also pulls off and inserts wheel studs and smoothly dismantles and fits wheel bolts.

The cylinder works with a 10,000 PSI hydraulic pump, model TBE110 or TBE111, and includes a safety belt to prevent the tool from falling during work. It is made in Sweden under product code TBE107.
