New feature extends Retyn's real estate CRM, listing, and commission tools with predictive deal scoring, contingency tracking, and mobile risk alerts

[DUBAI, UAE, 15 October 2026] – Retyn, the AI-powered all-in-one growth platform, has unveiled a new feature called AI deal health monitoring. The feature estimates the likelihood of closing each pending contract in real time and flags at-risk deals before delays turn into cancellations.

This product offering builds on the existing real estate technology platform provided by Retyn, which is already being used by brokers, broker teams and agents in the UAE and global markets for CRM, lead management, listing management, commission management, sales management and marketing automation. The deal health monitoring provides the next step in protecting revenue after the contract is signed but before the commission is paid.

"Our customers already use Retyn to win clients and close deals. Their most common follow-up request was to help keep signed deals from falling apart. The newly launched deal health monitoring is our answer." Dhanesh Haridas, CTO at Retyn.

Why it matters

Transactional software is usually reactive in nature, as it captures documents and logs the date after the event has taken place. Deals rarely fall apart all at once. A financing milestone is delayed, an inspection response is held up or an appraisal is left unscheduled. By the time anyone notices, the contingency deadline may have passed and the commission is at risk.

Deal health monitoring acts as an active layer of predictive intelligence on top of the transaction pipeline. It detects early signs of friction such as slow lender responses, document turnaround delays and reduced buyer/seller activity to enable intervention at the right moment.

How it works

Retyn evaluates all pending deals by comparing them with past closing records. Milestone achievement speed, appraisals, financing, buyer and seller behavior, document flow and escrow processing form the basis for creating a color-coded health index and risk forecast for each deal. This allows managing brokers and transaction coordinators to identify which files need attention without even opening each one.

In cases where a transaction is deemed high risk, the platform gives directions on what to do next. This can range from an automated lender reminder to a contingency extension template or a missing-disclosure notice. Transaction coordinators, agents and managing brokers receive guidance so that they can respond within minutes.

Three capabilities at launch

Predictive deal health scoring 2.0. Updated machine learning models score closing probability in real time, based on multi-party document turnaround, financing progress and escrow speed to help identify at-risk contracts before delays occur.

Autonomous contingency radar. The system will be capable of identifying signs of stalled financing, inspections and appraisals and initiating guided remediation playbooks so that the team will not miss critical deadlines that put commissions at risk.

Mobile pipeline telemetry and push alerts. Critical risk contract notifications will be pushed out to leaders and transaction coordinators immediately, allowing them to step in using their mobile devices.

Works with the tools teams already use

Because AI-powered deal health monitoring is part of Retyn's platform, current users can leverage their existing deal data, contact information and commissions without needing a separate setup or migration. The Retyn team also provides two-way data synchronization capabilities with other key real estate platforms, including CRMs, transaction platforms, e-signature software and accounting systems, enabling brokerages using mixed technologies to utilize the solution as an oversight layer on top of their existing systems.

The function can be customized. Brokerages are allowed to set their own milestones, rules and risk thresholds based on the transaction type and local market conditions, allowing for residential, luxury, multifamily and commercial transactions that each move at a different pace.

Connecting deal health to commission and revenue

Deal health monitoring connects with Retyn's commission management system and sales management system. When a deal's risk level changes, leaders can assess its impact on the expected gross commission income (GCI). This helps managers and coordinators decide where to focus their attention.

As mentioned by Retyn, detecting such deals before milestone drift can be useful for recovering many deals that are headed towards termination. Furthermore, Retyn states that through automation of document parsing and contingency auditing, transaction coordinators' manual workload can be reduced by more than 50 percent. This allows operations teams to handle more transactions without adding headcount.

"We designed this to feel native. Teams already working in Retyn don't need new logins or workflows. Deal health just appears where they manage their pipeline." said a product manager at Retyn.

Who it is for

This tool helps brokers, managing brokers, coordinators, agents and teams within residential, luxury, multifamily and commercial real estate. The managing brokers have a pipeline-wide view of revenue at risk. The coordinators get priority queues and playbooks. The agents get timely prompts to keep clients and counterparties moving.
