ADELAIDE, SA, 27 October 2026: Looking for something different to do this Thursday? Rasoi & Barrel, an Indian bar and restaurant, is hosting a free Karwa Chauth celebration on 29 October 2026, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

New to Karwa Chauth? Karwa Chauth is a festival celebrated by many Indian families. It is traditionally linked with fasting, prayer and the sighting of the moon, and is marked with festive clothes, songs, stories and time together. You do not need to know the traditions to enjoy the afternoon.
