FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Oxford, UK, 2 November 2026
The task itself might be straightforward. The repetition is the problem. That is the starting point for WorkflowX for Oracle Cloud HCM, launched today by MKSK Consulting as the newest member of the MKSK X Cloud Platform.
WorkflowX takes the screen based routines that Oracle HCM teams repeat record after record and turns them into reusable workflows. Search for the employee. Open the screen. Make the change. Save it. Take a screenshot. Then do it all again for the next person. WorkflowX records how a task is done once, through the Oracle user interface, and then replays that navigation to carry out the task again, across many records and many environments. When it finishes, it provides screenshots and a report of what it did.
It is designed for the tasks that fall through the automation cracks: work where an API is not available, so someone has been left working through a spreadsheet one record at a time. Teams supply the inputs through the data source that suits them, an Oracle search, a report, or an Excel file, and WorkflowX runs the repeatable steps, with logs and a completion report as evidence.
Payroll teams will recognise the pattern. The decisions need expertise. The steps that follow them are often pure repetition, and they return every cycle. WorkflowX is built to absorb those steps, helping teams save time and effort, reduce manual errors, and standardise processes so they scale.
MKSK is now inviting early adopters with practical use cases to put WorkflowX to the test against their own processes and help shape what comes next.
WorkflowX sits alongside ScheduleX and FormulaX in the MKSK X Cloud Platform. ScheduleX is MKSK's work schedule tool for Oracle Cloud HCM. FormulaX is the first AI Fast Formula generator, created by MKSK to generate, explain and validate Oracle Fast Formulas. All three were built from problems MKSK consultants kept meeting on live Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
