From Spreadsheet to System in Bulk: ScheduleX Joins MKSK's X Cloud Platform

MKSK Consulting has relaunched its Work Schedule Tool as ScheduleX within the MKSK X Cloud Platform, letting teams draft schedules in Excel or Google Sheets, validate every entry, and bulk-load unlimited complex rotations into Oracle Cloud HCM.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE — Oxford, UK, 16 October 2026. A familiar implementation headache — building hundreds of work schedules inside Oracle Cloud HCM — is the focus of MKSK Consulting's latest platform move. Its Work Schedule Tool has been relaunched as ScheduleX and placed within the MKSK X Cloud Platform, next to FormulaX. The problem is one of scale and timing. Schedules underpin pay, yet rotating patterns are laborious to create one at a time, native spreadsheet loading handles only limited pattern numbers and volumes, and errors frequently surface only when payroll runs. A bespoke API build can solve it, at the price of extra complexity and risk. ScheduleX instead lets teams draft schedules in Excel or Google Sheets, validates every entry before loading, blocks duplicates as they happen, and bulk-loads unlimited complex rotations into Oracle Cloud HCM. MKSK says that validate-first, load-in-bulk approach was credited in its SME News Greater London Enterprise Awards 2025 profile with reducing rota-to-payroll processing by up to 90%. The product also provides role-based access, GDPR-ready audit logs, multi-tenant isolation, real-time processing, automated exception management and analytics, and is aimed at payroll, HR systems and HRIS leaders and at Oracle HCM delivery partners. Mohammed Khan, Director – Oracle Division at MKSK Consulting, noted that schedules look like a configuration detail until a payroll deadline is behind them — the situation the tool was built to remove. Oxford-headquartered MKSK is an Oracle Cloud HCM-only consultancy, a certified Crown Commercial Service supplier, reporting support for 200,000 employees, 90% client efficiency improvement and 100% client satisfaction. At the SME News Greater London Enterprise Awards 2025 it won Best Use of AI in Enterprise HR Transformation and the Innovation Award in Payroll Automation & Transformation. ScheduleX is available now; demonstrations are available from MKSK Consulting.
