We are Active Roofing & Property Maintenance, a Berkhamsted-based roofing company looking after homes right across Hertfordshire and into parts of Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire. We work across towns from Hemel Hempstead, St Albans and Harpenden to Tring, Amersham, Chesham and Aylesbury. With more than fifteen years in the trade, we manage everything from a single slipped tile to a complete roof replacement.
Our work covers roof repairs, full re-roofs and flat roofing, in addition to chimney repairs, lead and flashing work and skylight installation. We also maintain the roofline, fitting and maintaining fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes, and we offer gutter cleaning and cladding too. If you're not sure what your roof needs, our roof inspections deliver you a honest picture before any work begins. We're also on hand for emergency weather-related call-outs when the weather catches you out.
We're insured and members of the Confederation of Roofing Contractors. Every new roof and flat roof installation comes with a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee. Whatever the job, get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
